FREE KARATE ???

No catch, no agenda. It is a Community Service that we have provided for several years.

We have an extremely overweight society. High Blood Pressure, angry or anger management problem people out there. We are just trying to make it a better place. Of course, we will train over 500 people with this program for the year. We are looking for that one (1) student that will get their Black Belt.

This is our 6th year, offering to the public for FREE Martial Arts training. We have offered FREE Women's Self-Defense for over 40 years now.

This is offered by the Martial Arts Alumni Association and the Bennest Karate School.

What do we offer you:

___ Black Belt in Shotokan Karate

___ Physical Fitness program to lose weight

___ Weight Training Program to get in shape

___ Mental Discipline Training in Controlling the Elements

of your life.

___ Spiritual Awareness to be in control of your life.

___ Discipline over your emotional content, control anger,

control self-discipline for personal workout time.

___ Self-Defense Training against attacks.

___ Access to the Elite ESTF, Eiger Sanction Mountaineering Task Force. It is a Technical Rescue Rock & Ice Climbing Instructors School. Starts in April of each year and goes until September. It is only twice a month, so it won't interfere with your schedule.

___ Ability to earn the Soke Awards and to be a member of the Master Black Belt Program.

___ To have YOUR own Personal Physical Fitness Trainer for FREE. All you have to do is commit to some sort of a schedule. This is all FREE. Hundreds have benefited from this offer. We are doing this as we have for years as a Community Service Program. High Ranking Black Belts are suppose to do something good for the public, this is one of three programs that we offer !!!

1). Weekly visits for free to the Edgewood School.

Meet with a Certified Black Belt Japanese Martial Arts Instructor of the Traditional Martial Arts. A trainer with physical fitness experience and expertise.

Get advice, get onto a Home Study Program to work out.

Then come in for more advice, more workout information to obtain your Black Belt rank !!!

2). Access to Home Study Program via Web pages.

3). Access to Video's for training.

4). Contact with a Black Belt Instructor daily if you want, by

Phone, E-Mail, Text, Walky Talky, Web Page and in Person.

The information will be given to you once you register.

FREE Karate Program

What do we expect from you:

___ Classes will be on two Saturday's a month. Yes Saturdays. We have a busy schedule too, we are providing the qualified Black Belt Instructors, we are providing the building, the electricity and all of the training facility for FREE.

ALL YOU NEED TO PROVIDE IS YOUR TIME.....

___ No drug users. You simply do not have a clue what is going on in life.

___ No gang members or criminal elements. We can tell by your aura, without even opening your mouth, we will accept or deny every student.

___ Make an appointment via, phone, E-Mail or Web Page form.

___ Try to work out one hour every week minimum.

___ Have a positive attitude.

___ The biggest problem in Martial Arts, is attitude, discouragement and wrong self assessment. Do not give up. Do not be a quitter. Our society has become a complaining, bitter, and backstabbing society with many becoming complainers of life.

Don't be afraid to be different, leaders are always different from anyone else. I know. I have been a leader all my life. Black Belts accomplish more in one year, than most people accomplish in their entire lives !!! That is power. That is the example of what the Martial Arts will do for you !!!

___ No cocky, arrogant or egotistical people please; as your learning has stopped. You know it all. Your the person that is going to get someone killed. We do not need you here.

Why do we put all of this information up here; because we have experienced every kind of conartist, dishonest people, liars, lazy people, talkers, the Mr. Know it Alls, and we simply are not interested in changing the world. We simply can't. There are more idiots than normal people any more. BUT, we do want to train those that have the DESIRE, those that want to make a difference, those who want to lose weight and become a Black Belt in the Japanese Martial Arts.

There are several groups or occupations, clubs and such that have never obtained or received a Black Belt in the Japanese Martial Arts; within the 9 different Organizations, that we are associated with.

Like Country Western Dancers, they have never ever been able to last more than two months. They appear to have a problem with applying themselves and many of them actually think, that they are in good physical shape, cause they dance...... CW dancers appear to have problems with discipline, dedication & loyalty. It doesn't mean that just because your a CW Dancer that you can't get Black Belt, it just means that out of the hundreds that have come into the program, all of them have failed.

If your offended by this fact, then your NOT Black Belt material. A Martial Artist must have Discipline, Loyalty, Dedication, make Sacrifices, Focus, Mental Discipline and Spiritual Awareness. ONLY 1 person in 10,000 people will earn the coveted Japanese Black Belt.

So if your a CW dancer, be the first to apply yourself and earn the coveted Japanese Black Belt in Shotokan Karate.

Why do we post this:

We DO NOT need students. This is a Community Service Project that we have done for years. We already know the kind of people that will not make the program.

We want the students that are willing to learn. We want the students that are not afraid to try, the ones with Fortitude, Dedication, Loyalty to the group and or School, Discipline in keeping your mouth shut, individuals that are willing to make Sacrifices.

We will change your life.

We are going to be here, we are going to give 110%, we have our Black Belts, we have our dedication, NOW, are you going to follow through ???

We will get you in the best physical fitness of your life at 20, 50 or 65 years of age.

What exactly are we offering you:

1). We are offering you FREE Martial Arts instruction in the art of Japanese Shotokan Karate. You can earn a Black Belt in this art from this USKKF & MAA Certified and Bona Fide Martial Arts School !!!

2). We will offer you training to lose weight. To get in shape, and to learn the Martial Arts. We will try and help you obtain Black Belt Rank. We are offering the training and the facility to you for no cost. BUT, you have to show up, you have to practice and you have to have the desire with no excuses.

3). We are offering you FREE Martial Arts instruction in the art of Japanese Koga Ryu Ninjutsu Karate. You can earn a Black Belt in this art from this USKKF & MAA Certified and Bona Fide Martial Arts School !!!

4). Why are we doing this ? Because we can. Because we understand that many people need motivation to get going. We know there are individuals out there that have always wanted to earn a Black Belt but were afraid too. We are not mean people, we do not want to rip you off like other schools. WE want ONE person that, has the Fortitude to complete this program. We got one outstanding Black Belt out of the group we had six years ago.

5). We are offering you FREE Martial Arts instruction in the art of Japanese Aikiido Self-Defense Martial Arts. You can earn a Black Belt in this art from this USKKF & MAA Certified and Bona Fide Martial Arts School !!!

6). We will help you with Leadership Skills, Management techniques, public speaking skills, confidence, balance, coordination, discipline with anger and personal goal setting. There are hundreds of thousands of people out there, that have accomplished very little in their lives. Be a Black Belt. Once you get it, you will never be normal or OK with just doing nothing.

7). We are offering you FREE Martial Arts instruction in the art of Japanese Kobudo Oriental Weapons Art. As well as the Mu Sou Shinden Ryu Iaido Samurai Sword Art. You can earn a Black Belts in these Japanese Martial Arts from this USKKF & MAA Certified and Bona Fide Martial Arts School !!!

8). Change your life style. Become motivated to get somewhere in life. NEVER be happy with the yuppies, the talkers, the complainers of life. Come on out and learn what it will take to become a Black Belt. WE will have Orientation class to have your questions answered. BUT, you will have to sign up. YOU have to make the 1st big step.
