FREE WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE COURSE

1 Hour Class of FREE Women's Self-Defense

PLACE: Bennest Karate School
REASON:High Ranking Black Belts of 5th Degree or higher in the Japanese Martial Arts, must volunteer to donate time, energy and training to the public for free. It is part of the Mental and Spiritual Training in Discipline to get them to Master Ranking. We are offering this as a Community Service Project to the public for FREE. We already have the rank, but we feel it is necessary for the public to benefit from such a worthwhile fun service. We each try to make the world a better place in our own way.
GOALS: We are not only trying to save people's lives,
but offer self-confidence, guidance and care in the daily lives of people in such a violent, rude and selfish world that we live in. We are also trying to help out assistant instructors with teaching tactics and in getting self confidence with talking to the public. We offer an excellent one class or multiple classes for you to attend and participate in.
AWARDS:Certificate from a Certified & Bona Fide
Karate Association after 5 classes you attend.
Diploma after participation of 10 classes.
SANCTIONED BY: Martial Arts Alumni Association and the
United States Karate Kung Fu Federation.
